The games will start at the time stated on the booking, and if you’re not on time, the game will start without you. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the time stated on the booking to fill out waivers. A game takes a maximum of 60 minutes and the entire visit takes a maximum of 80 minutes.

LATE POLICY:

15 minutes after your game is scheduled to start, if no one is in the room, we begin the time as if you are already inside and playing. 30 minutes after your game is scheduled to start, if no one is at Fox in a Box, we will have to cancel your reservation.

After you make a booking, you’ll receive an email confirmation and receipt. If you do not receive these two emails, please make sure to contact us as you may have not fully reserved the room. Remember, a game is not guaranteed until you receive the confirmation email and the receipt.

Ax max, we can host 20 players across all three rooms consecutively. All bookings are private bookings, we do not mix groups.

Escape rooms are a theatrical experience in which you and your party will be locked in a room. You’ll have to use various elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape the room within 60 minutes. All of our rooms have different themes and difficulties.

We modify the adult versions of Prison Break and Bunker for a younger audience. Our rooms are recommended for children ages 10 and older. Due to the content and nature of the Zodiac Killer Room, we require all players to be 18+.

Each person needs to sign a release of liability before participating an experience in store. For any minor younger than 18 years old, an adult needs to be present to sign a release of liability.

We cannot accommodate children younger than 13 at our facility without parental supervision.

Our escape rooms are the perfect team-building event, whether you’re looking for family bonding, a night out with friends, or, of course, a team event with coworkers! All our rooms are in English. Players will encounter puzzles which will require basic English to solve (for example, how to spell numbers from one to ten).

All three of our rooms contain stairs or ledges, and some require you to duck or crawl into small spaces. Our rooms are not stroller or wheelchair accessible. If you’re pregnant, sensitive to flashing lights, or have other health conditions, just let us know of any concerns over the phone before you play and we’ll help you out.

Zodiac Killer is best for players who are feeling brave, as there may be jump-scares during your game. If you’re feeling jumpy, that’s okay: let your game supervisor know before you play that you’d like to tone down the scares for your party. Our Mission Bunker and Prison Break rooms are horror-free, so you can play without fear of any gruesome surprises.

Our escape rooms are all live events, so please note that all sales are FINAL. If you’re not certain how many people will be joining your party, we suggest that you book for the minimum number of participants. Our game supervisors can easily add any additional adventurers once your team arrives – just make sure your party doesn’t exceed our limit (6 players per room).

Please make sure to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice before your game. Any changes within 48 hours of your booking has a $25 fee that is taken off the top of refunds or charged upon the rescheduled time.

You can select to pay everything online, to receive an invoice, or to use a voucher received or a gift card bought from us.

Please note we do not accept American Express for online payments.

Invoices will be sent after you’ve played, and we will make sure the invoice reflects the actual amount of players who participated, so there is no need to update us ahead of your game if your number of players changes. Only if you need to change the number of rooms.
